Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

States we do not ship to

Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.

We also do not ship to Washington DC, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or any other US territory. We do not ship internationally or to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Why some states are excluded

Hemp laws are set state by state and they change often. Some states restrict or prohibit the products we carry. When a state closes, we stop shipping there the same day. We would rather turn down an order than put a customer in a bad spot.

What happens at checkout

If your address is in a state we do not ship to, no shipping options will appear and you will not be able to complete the order. Nothing is charged.

If your state changes

States open back up sometimes. This list is reviewed regularly and updated whenever the law moves. Check back, or reach out and we will tell you where things stand.

Age requirement

All orders require a customer 21 or older. Orders with adult signature selected require someone 21 or older to show ID at delivery.
