“Not sure why I love the classic spoon so much, but if I had to choose one thing, it would be the shape. I'm purchasing a second one because it feels perfect in my hand, so it is easy to index in the dark, with one hand, in the car, etc. It burns perfectly so you can just light the edge and then easily control the burn with the shotgun. Secondly, it is heavy enough not to feel or be fragile. Lastly, it is easy to clean and looks cool for a little more than 20 bucks. Hands down a bargain, and let's just say I have held many different pipes in the past 30 years of smoking. Only buying a second one because I gave mine to a good friend who commented on how much she liked it. Oh, and I didn't know it came in blue.”

What happens if my pipe arrives broken or turns out to be defective?

GRAV stands behind every piece no matter where it was purchased. Report a broken pipe within 10 days of delivery, or a defect under normal use within 60 days, and GRAV will replace it or issue store credit.

What is this pipe made of?

Borosilicate glass, the same heat-resistant glass used in lab equipment. It holds up to regular use far better than the soda-lime glass in cheaper pipes.

Do I need a screen?

A screen is a small metal mesh disc that sits in the bottom of the bowl to stop loose ground flower from getting pulled through the hole and into your mouth as you inhale. It is not required. Plenty of people just wedge a small piece of un-ground flower in the bottom of the bowl instead, which blocks the hole the same way. A screen is more foolproof and makes cleanup a little easier, since ash collects on the screen instead of inside the pipe. Standard metal screens fit these pipes.

How do I clean it?

Soak it in isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt for an hour or so, then rinse with hot water. A cotton swab handles anything stubborn. A dedicated glass-cleaning solution works even better if you would rather skip the DIY mix.
