Our disposables come in different sizes that determine how long the device lasts. Here's how to think about it:

Puff count is an estimate based on average 1–2 second draws. Longer or harder draws will reduce the total count.

Bigger device = larger battery + more e-liquid, so higher puff count devices are physically larger but last significantly longer before you need a replacement.

Rechargeable vs. non-rechargeable: Smaller disposables are typically draw-activated and fully disposable. Larger puff count devices (typically 5,000+ puffs) include a USB-C rechargeable battery so the battery doesn't die before the e-liquid runs out, you recharge it, but you still dispose of the whole unit once the liquid is gone.

💡 A 600-puff device roughly equals a pack of 20 cigarettes. A 3,500–5,000 puff device can last a moderate vaper 1–2 weeks. If you vape frequently, going for a larger rechargeable option is much better value.

E-liquids contain a small number of well-established ingredients:

Propylene Glycol (PG) : A thin, odourless liquid that carries flavour and produces a throat hit. It's a food-grade ingredient used widely in everything from asthma inhalers to food colouring.

Vegetable Glycerin (VG) : A thicker, naturally derived liquid responsible for vapour production. Also food-safe and widely used in cosmetics and food products.

Nicotine Salts : A form of nicotine derived from the tobacco leaf that delivers a smooth, fast-absorbing hit even at higher strengths. It's the same nicotine found in cigarettes, but without the thousands of combustion byproducts that make smoking harmful.

Food-Grade Flavourings : The same flavour compounds used in food and drink manufacturing.

That's it, no tar, no carbon monoxide, no combustion. While vaping is not risk-free, it is widely recognised by public health bodies as a significantly less harmful alternative to smoking for adult smokers looking to switch.

If your vape arrives damaged, leaking, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away. For orders that arrive incorrect or incomplete, we'll make it right at no extra cost to you.

We ship to most US states, but vape shipping is one of the most regulated areas of online retail and there are some important things to know before you order.

Shipping carriers: Due to the PACT Act, USPS is prohibited from delivering vape products directly to consumers. All our vape orders ship via compliant private carriers that include mandatory adult signature and age verification at delivery, someone 21+ must be present to receive the package.

States we cannot ship to: A number of states have either banned online DTC vape sales entirely or have strict flavour/product restrictions that limit what can be shipped there. These currently include:

Full online sales bans: Georgia, Hawaii, Louisiana

Flavour bans (flavoured vapes cannot be shipped): California, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Rhode Island, Utah
