To protect product integrity, customer safety, and compliance standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been opened, used, tampered with, or removed from its original sealed packaging. This includes, without limitation, consumable, ingestible, inhalable, topical, and perishable products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except where required by law:
Opened or used products

Hemp, cannabinoid, cannabis, CBD, THC, THCA, Delta-8, Delta-9, or similar consumable products

Flower, pre-rolls, vapes, cartridges, concentrates, edibles, beverages, tinctures, capsules, and topicals

Products with broken manufacturer seals

Clearance, promotional, discounted, bundled, or final-sale items

Gift cards

Any product not purchased directly from our store

Any item returned without proof of purchase

Limited Exceptions

We may, in our sole discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit only in the following situations:

You received the wrong item

The item arrived damaged

The item is defective upon first use

The item is subject to a manufacturer quality issue or recall

We do not guarantee cash refunds.

Reporting an Issue

Any order issue must be reported within:

48 hours of delivery for shipped orders

24 hours of in-store purchase or pickup for in-person transactions

To request review of an issue, email us with:

Order number or receipt

Full name

Photos of the item, packaging, and label

Brief description of the problem

Failure to report within the required time may result in denial of the claim.

Shipping Issues

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for:

Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

Carrier delays

Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Product damage caused by improper storage after delivery

Any shipping-related claim may be subject to carrier review and approval.

Verification & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to:

Request photos, batch details, or additional documentation

Deny any claim that appears fraudulent, abusive, inconsistent, or unsupported

Limit or refuse service to customers who repeatedly request replacements, credits, or refunds
