Hemp-derived THC shipping rules vary by state, and some products that are legal in one state are restricted in the next. This page checks where you are and shows only what can be shipped to your address. You can also pick your state manually if the detection is wrong or you are shipping somewhere else.

How shipping eligibility works

Eligibility is decided by product type, not just by state. Gummies, chocolates, and other edibles ship the most widely. Flower and THCA products are restricted in more places. Vape products are the most restricted of all and ship within Florida only, because of carrier rules and state-by-state vape regulations.

Where Dirty Penny Hemp ships

Hemp-derived products ship to Florida and most hemp-friendly U.S. states, including Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Missouri, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.

Shipping is not currently available to Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Utah, New York, or Rhode Island. State hemp laws change often, so this list is reviewed as rules are updated.

Ordering

Orders are processed within 24 hours and tracking is sent once the order ships. Free shipping applies on orders over $75. Your shipping address and cart are checked at checkout, and anything restricted for your destination is flagged before you pay, so nothing gets rejected after the fact.
